You can bend an arrow straight by heating the shaft over hot coals. Do not allow the shaft to scorch or burn. Hold the shaft straight until it cools. You can make arrowheads from bone, glass, metal, or pieces of rock. You can also sharpen and fire-harden the end of the shaft. Fire hardening is actually a misnomer. To fire-harden wood, hold it over hot coals or plunge it deep under the coals in the ashes, being careful not to burn or scorch the wood. The purpose of fire hardening is to harden the wood by drying the moisture out of it.

4. You must notch the ends of the arrows for the bowstring.
Cut or file the notch; do not split it. Fletching (adding feathers to the notched end of an arrow) improves the arrow's flight characteristics. Fletching is recommended but not necessary on a field-expedient arrow.

SLING
You can make a sling by tying two pieces of cordage, each about 60 centimeters (24 inches) long, at opposite ends of a palmsized piece of leather or cloth. Place a rock in the cloth and wrap one cord around your middle finger and hold in your palm. Hold the other cord between your forefinger and thumb. To throw the rock, spin the sling several times in a circle and release the cord between your thumb and forefinger. Practice to gain proficiency.
The sling is very effective weapon to survive against small game.

Step 6: From this screen click print. Select which recipients you want to print 1099 forms for at this time current, all or a range of recipients. Next select the type of copy you want to print from the drop down menu. 1099 Software prints 1099 R copies B, C, state 1 and state 2 to blank paper and prints 1099-R A to a preprinted laser forms. The IRS does require 1099 copy A and 1096 forms to be printed to preprinted red ink laser forms. You will see the option, in the drop down menu, to print instructions on the back of the recipient 1099 R forms.

Per IRS regulations 1099 INT A and 1096 forms need to be printed to a red ink laser form. 1099 form printing software, will print 1099 INT copies B and C to blank paper or preprinted laser form. In the print options screen you can choose your recipients and choose which copy of the 1099 form to print. If printing to blank paper, choose print a copy in the drop down menu choose, the copy you wish to print. You may also print instructions on the back of the form by flipping the newly printed forms over and selecting the instruction option.

5. Click 1096 form, this window should be filled with the information you have already entered in the 1099 tax software. You will select the type of 1099 form to be filed. A 1096 form is a transmittal summary of the included 1099 INT forms.

1099 INT forms must be mailed to recipients no later than January 31st of the following tax year in which interest was paid. The recipient receives 1099 INT copy B. The 1099 INT A and 1096 forms are to be sent to the IRS no later than February 28th. The deadline moves back to March 31st if you electronically file the forms. 1099 INT C is the payer's copy.

Chikungunya is a viral disease which is caused by the bite of infected Aedes mosquitoes. Due to the little knowledge about the disease, it has caused a lot of panic among people. It is seldom life threatening. The most painful aspect of chikungunya is the period of pain and swelling in the joints. This is due to the response of one's own immune system to the parts the joints. Turmeric(curcumin longa)- Turmeric is natural anti-inflammatory due to the presence of alkaloid curcumin. It has strong anti-oxidant properties thus very useful in treating chikungunya.
Ginger- It contains naturally occurring analgesics, which mimic Non- Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs(NSAIDs). Ginger is anti-inflammatory thus provides relief in chikungunya.
Vitamin c- Vitamin C has antioxidant properties. It helps to flush out toxins from the body. Sources of Vitamin C are- Amla(Indian gooseberry), oranges, lemon etc.
Leafy green vegetables- They are useful as they are a rich source of iron and vitamin E among other nutrients. One must include leafy green vegetables in a diet to fight chikungunya.
Massage with sesame oil is very helpful to reduce the symptoms of pain in the body due to chikungunya.
Giloy(tinospora cordifolia) is an immunomodulator. Thus, Giloy and Ginger boiled in water to make a decoction. It can be taken for 1 week thrice a day.
A decoction of neem, tulsi, giloy, Ginger should be taken thrice a day.
Ashwagandha powder(withania somnifera) to be taken daily with milk.
Local application of garlic paste or clove oil on the painful joints for providing relief from pain.
Chewing tulsi leaves (Ocimum sanctum) helps in providing relief from chikungunya.

Other tips:

Adequate rest is necessary.
Take fine powder of Haritiki (Terminalia chebula),This is to be consumed along with warm water.
Drink fluids to prevent dehydration.
Don't take aspirin and other Non- Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs) until dengue can be ruled out to reduce the risk of bleeding.
A mixture made up of honey and lime is also beneficial.
Since there is no cure for chikungunya in modern medicine, medicines are prescribed for symptomatic relief, these home remedies will prove very beneficial as these are recommended to build up immunity and to reduce pain and inflammation.

Various Ayurvedic combinations like- Sanjivani Vati+ Amritarishta(4-6 weeks), to reduce inflammation( Yograj guggul, Vatari guggul), to restore energy after the fever is relieved( Ashwgandharishta, Balarishta 2 times a day), Shilajit capsules etc.

Oil for the application can be used after the fever is relieved to improve joint strength and relieve pain. For kids below 7 years of age and suffering from chikungunya will have to strictly follow the advice of a doctor. In children, 5 ml Amritarishta + 5 ml water can be administered after meals along with medicines prescribed by a doctor to bring fever under control. In case, if a child suffers from joint pain after the fever is relieved, then local application with oil can be done to relieve pain.

Lean theories emerged from agile manufacturing processes and with the emergence of Lean Startup theories and more recently Lean UX, it has become more important than ever to incorporate these processes into our work. Lean theory centers around staying agile, testing and validating ideas, and pivoting quickly when things dont work out. In the field of website design, the possibilities for changing a website are endless and often quick to do. One approach that works well, however is to use wireframe tools to plan and structure websites, so that they can easily be changed based on feedback before development. This often results in shorter iterations and faster development times.

1. Be inventive

One of the benefits of using a wireframe tool is that designers do not need to focus on coding, or creating pixel-perfect Photoshop images right at the beginning of the design process. It is recommended to brainstorm ideas within a team, to create paper prototypes and to experiment. When it comes to the point that you want to try out concepts in digital form, then you can try using a wireframe tool. Without programming, you will be able to focus on the visual layout and content of your website and feel freer to experiment.

2. Plan what you need to plan

One error that people often make in the wireframing stage of a website is to plan each page in minute detail. Often sites have repeating structures and some things can only be determined once there is content from other departments. Focus on the most important parts of your website and the other pages that your users do not visit as much will be able to fit into your concept later.

3. Cut your review processes

When I create a mockup of a landing page, someone from my marketing team will then comment to let me know if a change needs to be made. This is much quicker than making changes once the code has been written.

5. Get feedback from users

The main concept of Lean theory is to validate concepts early. There is no point in building a product that does not add value to your users, which is why you should always test your prototypes out with users. This will reaffirm your belief that you are building a valuable product, and will also show up any usability issues which could affect conversion rates, for example.

6. Iterate

Look at your wireframes and prototypes as works in progress. By making many small changes based on feedback from users and stakeholders, you will often be able to shape your website design into something that all parties will approve of. Keep track of your past iterations in your prototyping tool and remember to simulate your prototypes to show stakeholders when any important changes have been made.

7. Use metrics for your next iteration

When it gets to the point that you have built up your prototype with detail and even coded your website, it is time to go live. This is the most important stage of all, as your metrics from services such as Google Analytics will give you a good indication of what works and what doesnt. When your website is live, never stop tweaking at the design and checking with your metrics what is boosting your conversion rate. In the long term this will have a large impact.

Lean thinking is not about simply prototyping ideas, but about seeing each stage of development as a predecessor to the next. Designers must be willing to collaborate with stakeholder, be open to feedback and be efficient with their time. Once an application is live, this is the time to tweak and validate ideas.
